ELTVS Membership must remain enforce for a minimum 6 months consecutive of the year. Automatic renewal will initiate unless the customer cancels the service. When a customer leaves, of course we hate to see you go, but appreciate the time that we've shared. ELTVS Memberships can be cancelled free of charge with 30-day notice (see home page). We need time to make appropriate route adjustments so that our ongoing customer base does not suffer interruptions. If the 30-day notice is not applied to a cancelled account, then, unfortunately, we are forced to charge early termination fees to keep our company sound and our customers happy. We request that we work together to avoid added fees whenever possible. Your ELTVS Subscription/Subscription Plan can be paused for a maximum 14-days. 

No Penalty Vacation

Vacation is a realistic part of life. Our company policy has two parts to complete. Upon receipt of (1) 30-day advanced written request at info@easylifetrashremoval.com, we will find a way to credit your account for a maximum of 2 consecutive weeks per year for non-service with proper (2) evidence of your vacation absence (e.g., transport tickets, hotel reservations, boarding passes, convention registration w/evidence of attendance, etc.). This evidence may simply come from our team's verification that no one was home during a specific time range in July. However, it is the customer's responsibility to verify the claim. We work with you. We are fair and we care. A refund check for the verified time period will be issued from 14-90 days following our customer care approval. You should team up with us, today! Allow us to keep your place tidy and in order so you and your guests enjoy a cleaner and more carefree lifestyle. You will always get more for every dollar spent with Easy Life Trash Valet Services. 30-Day Advance Notice is the Ticket to ETF Avoidance Policy

When customers are added and/or cancel their accounts, driver route adjustments, administrative and labor duties must be set-up and completed, first. These tasks take time for us to complete. Therefore, we request that any customer who may want to cancel service temporarily or permanently work together with us to avoid ETFs as much as possible and keep everyone happy. Please review how we handle these occurances. 

Fee Free Cancellation- Paid ELTVS Subscription. Customer provides e-mailed (info@easylifetrashremoval.com) 30-day advance cancellation notice.

Fee Free Vacation- ELTVS is content to support you while you are on an annual vacation. By all means, please refresh yourself, on us! Upon receipt of written vacation waiver request form prior to vacation departure. Once you return and your absence has been verified, we are willing to credit your account for a maximum of 2 weeks services once per year. We hope this helps to make your life easier still.

ETF Equal to 1 Month Non-Discounted Services-ELTVS will apply this fee on the upcoming monthly billing. Example: Customer's normal due date is the 1st of each month. Customer cancels on March 7th without giving the courtesy 30-day advance notice. The customer's account has already been billed for March. The ETF will be applied to the customer's April bill. 

ETF=Early Termination Fee

ELTVS Suggestion: LET'S WORK TOGETHER: Please provide the courtesy 30-day notice in advance so that we may continue providing uninterrupted services to our customer base. When customers fail/forget to provide the advanced 30-day notice it makes account processing more difficult. This forces us to charge ETFs that we actually do not desire to charge.
