Expect no disturbance to your environment or daily activities. For safety reasons, prior to arrival, we will telephone announce each visit, then work efficiently and swiftly to clear out of your space. We use environmentally friendly products whenever possible. History of Care for Our Customers
Our family-run business has a long tradition in the industry. Around the turn of the 20th Century and long before we became twinkles in our parent's eyes, our grandfather started a successful refuse collection business which operated for many years in Massillon, Ohio and the Greater Stark County Area. Later, our father and mother owned a thriving antique store in downtown Massillon, Ohio called "The Shop". In line with tradition, in this business, we pride ourselves in providing committed labor to our craft and outstanding customer service to every consumer we touch.
Our services are available to everyone. However, please tell a friend that we also cater to aged, individuals with health issues, disabilities, who are sick or shut-in, experience respiratory or mobility challenges, etc. Based on life experience working with and eye-witnessing the limitations of these populations, we well understand that some potential customers desperately need our services. We respect that they may sometimes require a little extra from us. We are here to help. This is the care and charm about our company. Additionally, in general, we want everyone to have a few less chores on their daily list. Life is short; we're here to help you get through it and enjoy as much of it as you can!
Affordable Airbnb Rental Solutions
Year around, experience premium cleaning without breaking the bank. We offer competitive pricing via property management or direct to customer. Most Airbnb's incorporate our services into their guest's/resident's lease agreement. When contracting directly, residents and business owners will pay a one-time $10 (home) or $15 (business) set up fee to start services and afterwards--in many cases--residents and business owners alike will pay less than $1/day (in advance) to start services. The typical price range for basic trash valet service, nationally, is $25-$50/month not including cleaning or add-on services. We are pleased to routinely perform FREE supplemental services, as a courtesy. We bring additional satisfaction to our loyal customers without any added cost or effort on their part.
Trash Removal Subscription Plans
Under Agreement
We offer subscription membership plans which begin at 6 months of weekly service, with a 50% Off discount ($10 or $15 set up fee). This is the minimal term for ELTVS Membership. Membership is accompanied by the FREE trash valet service w/add-ons. Membership can be cancelled for free anytime with 30-day advanced written notice sent via e-mail to info@easylifetrashremoval.com. We may ask you why you are canceling for our records and analytics, but, we will not hassle you about doing so, it is your right. You are always welcome back with a zero dollar set up fee.
Subscription Service Restrictions
There are no subscription restrictions or limitations for homeowners, business owners, multi-plex units (door exterior facing) or short-term rentals. Fortunately, we can move your trash can (96 gallon maximum) to the curb at almost any time. On larger routes, we may not be able to bring the can back to the yard until the next day. Please expect limited services on legal holidays (see holiday schedule). Families deserve to have time together to build memories and to share traditions.
Weather Service Restriction
Due to snowy and freezing Ohio weather, all trash valet services are temporarily suspended from November thru February. It is not feasible to provide said services during extreme weather and temperatures. Indoor cleaning services will continue throughout the year.
